Hi, I am trying to create a rule that connects my Gainsight Activity in timeline to my CSM Assessment in Scorecard.  I want the CSM assessment to be automatically updated after the CSM completes a timeline activity in which they must choose from a drop down list of Positive, Negative, or Flat.  Thank you.

Hi, I am automating a CTA via Rules Engine and am having trouble assigning those CTA to the correct user.
1. One CTA needs to be assigned to Account Managers
2a. One CTA needs to be assigned to CS_oweners who are the CSMs
2b. Can we assigned some of the CTA tasks to a different user than the CTA assignee?

Hey Scott, 

Is it possible to map in CSM cand.ly links via a CSV to a program so that I can tokenize them? I’m using a query builder to pull in the participants and can’t figure out how to map in the Calend.ly links.

I am trying to build a rule to update information on the success plan object but am not able to do so via the rules engine. Was hoping you could take a look at my process and see if I am missing anything.

Hi @sdrostgainsightcom! Will there be regularly scheduled office hours tomorrow (Thursday)? 

 

My quick question: 

I need to send surveys to a handful of contacts on an as needed basis. We are not prepared to automate this at this time and I have surveys that need to go out now. I have the survey and JO program built, what is the best way to add participants? My instinct is to upload a new csv each time I have a new list. Is there anything to keep in mind?

Hello @ml2019  -- yes, there will be an Office Hours today - just put up the post for it (was out of office yesterday) - we can walk through the process for as-needed surveying runs in JO - talk with you then!
