Currently calculating the overall score is being done only on measures and weights defined. Calculating overall score based on as average of groups feature is not existing in the current versions.  We would like to see this as a possibility.

Customer is trying to do a roll up of scorecards from child to parent and would like to do an average by group only to the Parent.

Yes would very much like to see this functionality.  Relationship scores roll-up to parent.

Hi Chris,

It is possible to have the overall score of an account/relationship to be the average of the group scores in the scorecard. Assign the weights of the measure such that the sum of the weights of the measures in both the groups is same (then the overall score will reflect to be the average of the group scores).
Since there is no way to assign group scores & they are always a roll-up of the measure scores you cannot individually define the weights at a group level (they are automatically calculated based on the underlying measure weights).
It is not very clear in the config page since it only shows how much each measure contributes to the overall score. We will try to make it easier to understand in the config screen

Hi Jeff,

There is no out of the box ability roll-up the relationship scores into an account level scorecard. It is there on our roadmap, but I don't have an ETA. It should be possible to achieve the roll-up by using bionic rules. A rule can read the scores (group or measure level) of a relationship (present in the relationship scorecard fact object), average them & write them to the measure at an account level. Let me know if that helps?

Regards,
Aditya

Thanks for the suggestion Aditya - would really like to see this become inherent functionality as creating workarounds with rules would add complexity to the environment.
