Filter by Label in Content Moderation (across all topic types)

While this idea says this functionality was previously delivered for articles...

… I’m not seeing that as a filter option in the new version of the view. (It is both a filter and an available column in the old view, but it’s not pulling any results for me; I assume that means it’s not looking at articles or product updates or that it’s perhaps broken). 

Regardless, I’d love to see the ability to filter by Label (topic label, not moderation label), in the new version with the ability to filter and display across all topic types: article, product update, question, conversation, etc. 

Some of those topic types don’t have the label functionality, so this idea would be a pre-requisite:

But even just articles and product updates would be a good first start. :)
