Maybe you’re thinking about coming to our in-person Pulse Academy Live training on August 16th, but you aren’t sure what course to take? The good news is that we’re offering five different tracks, ie. something for everyone; but the bad news is you have to choose just one!

Training for Customer Success Professionals

This year’s tracks for CS professionals include all new content and presenters. If you’ve attended prior years, and you’re wondering if this is a repeat of the same material - it’s not! This training is also very different from the elearning and certificates offered in our Pulse+ training subscription (ie. it’s not a live version of that content). Finally, the curriculum is also product-agnostic, so you don’t have to be a Gainsight software customer to get loads of value from it!

  • Advanced Customer Success Essentials for CSMs

This course will provide participants with leading practices, processes and skills for succeeding as a CSM. Topics include the role of the CSM in driving value realization, a personalized evaluation of your skills and key focus areas for personal development and growth, tools and frameworks to maximize discovery conversations with customers, the four executive decision making styles and how to align to them, how to best team with sales, learn different methods for influencing, and finally learn how to accelerate the rate of change for key initiatives that you’re working on internally and externally.

  • Customer Success Leadership Essentials

Are you currently leading a Customer Success team or aspiring to a leadership role? Customer Success Leadership Essentials will provide participants with leading practices, processes and skills for leading a customer success team. Whether you are a customer success team lead, managing a customer success team or an aspiring leader, this session will provide you with actionable ideas, tools and take aways to maximize the effectiveness of your team and build a strong team culture. Join us for a workshop on the 5 assets that CS Leaders can leverage to drive a high performance CS organization: Time, Team, Talent, Portfolio, and Tools. We’ll conclude the day focused on change velocity, and help you walk away with a plan to apply what you’ve learned!

Training for Gainsight Administrators

If you’re a current or aspiring Gainsight Administrator, we’ve got you covered too!

  • Gainsight 101: Gainsight Admin Foundations

For new Admins, we invite you to jumpstart your learning with a day of exciting, foundational content to help you become a successful Gainsight Admin. Follow along as we demonstrate how to achieve Data Readiness and effective Data Management; configure and work with the Rules Engine and Health Scorecards; as well as master CTA triggers and playbooks, and Reports and Dashboards. These sessions will combine directed instructions with collaborative group work to create a dynamic learning experience. As a result of completing this course, you’ll be prepared to complete your “Gainsight Associate Admin” Certification.

The 101 course is similar to content presented in year’s past, although this will be a full day and you’ll have opportunities for interactive hands-on work in the Gainsight application, unlike our virtual event in 2021. It provides a very affordable, FUN, in-person introduction to Gainsight administration for the new or new-ish Admin.

(For a more in-depth and comprehensive training experience, I recommend joining our monthly virtual instructor-led Admin classes. These courses, spanning 18 hours and 6 core areas of Gainsight, are also great preparation for the Level 3 Gainsight NXT Admin certification.)

  • Gainsight Admin 200 Series

Are you an experienced Gainsight Admin that wants to learn how to leverage some of the advanced Gainsight functionality to connect and analyze data in your instance more effectively? We will share configuration and best practice tips from some of our most seasoned technical resources. Topics include how to leverage APIs, prepare data for use across multiple applications such as Journey Orchestrator, Rules Engine, and Data Designer, and more!

The 200 course is for Admins who have approx. 6 months+ of hands-on experience administering Gainsight. The content is all new this year, so don’t be shy if you’ve attended the 200 series before. Participants may already have their Level 3 Admin certification, and likely feel very comfortable with most aspects of Gainsight administration. The curriculum does not overlap at all with our monthly Admin classes, and is not intended to prepare you specifically for the Level 3 Admin certification. (But if you can keep up here, then you’re likely ready to take the Level 3!) This is your chance to learn more advanced skills and options from the experts, as well as network with your peers!

Training for Product Management Professionals

We’re super excited to offer our first ever live Gainsight PX training workshop! This session is intended for users of the Gainsight PX application, including Product Managers. The content is all new (of course) and is not currently available in any other format. However, we’re hoping to offer future classes based on this inaugural training day!

  • Driving Product Adoption and Prioritizing Your Roadmap for Growth Using Gainsight PX

Join Gainsight’s PX team for an exciting hands-on workshop focused on giving you the tools to build a data-driven roadmap, successful user enablement / onboarding experiences, and an engaging product release experience. Guest speakers will also share best practices to orchestrate a successful end to end customer journey through cross-functional collaboration.

So, what are you waiting for?! Register soon, since the Admin and PX sessions are limited to 60 participants to maintain the interactivity.
