@mendi_short started her career in customer success as a CSM, progressed to roles in enablement, Gainsight administration (x3), and now is the CS Operations Manager for Delphix.

Over the years, her perspective on her role has evolved: 

Part of my responsibility is being an architect of what Customer Success looks like for our company.

Mendi is an exceptional Admin and Ops professional. Mendi understands all the ops angles, she get the Business strategy, the CSM’s day to day, and how systems connect.  She also has a skill in teasing out what people really need.  This makes her exceptionally good at understanding what the requirements for a project are.

She’s also a joy to work with.
