Important Changes Coming Soon!

On Oct. 8th, we're migrating Gainsight University to Gainsight CE.

So what does this mean for you?

  • Same website: You will still access Gainsight University via education.gainsight.com
  • Same username: Your username on the new platform will still be your email address.
  • New password required: You will receive an email request to reset your password on Oct. 21st.
  • In-progress Courses need to be completed: Complete any courses that you have started by October 8th; otherwise, they may be reset to the beginning.
  • Registration and Training will not be available between October 8-20: Gainsight University will be in a read-only state. During this time, you can browse the site but you will not be able to open courses, make changes to your profile, or Sign Up on the site.

Gainsight University is live at education.gainsight.com!

How to Login:

Customers with existing accounts will receive an email today inviting them to activate their account on the new platform. Learners need to use the activate link in the welcome back email, or reset their passwords directly at education.gainsight.com. We strongly encourage new learners to sign up with their company email address, so that their progress is included in company level reports.

Important changes:

  • Homepage URL is the same, but all of the underlying links have changed. 
  • Click the Training Directory, or the Product links and filters to find courses quickly.
  • There’s no Training Calendar: use the Instructor-Led Training link to view live courses; and learners can view their purchased events on the Live Training menu.
