Gainsight University has a new look and improved navigation!
Hey everyone! Quick heads up: Gainsight University (GSU) is getting a facelift later today! 😀
What’s changing
- Simplified global navigation, aligned with the Community experience.
- New landing page for every Gainsight product (Customer Success, Product Experience, Customer Communities, Skilljar, Staircase).
- Content condensed from ~90 pages to fewer than 30 with clearer persona- and topic-based organization.
- 100+ outdated or infrequently used resources unpublished to reduce noise and surface the most relevant content.
- New:
- CS Adoption Champions catalog page — check it out if you’re responsible for Gainsight CS adoption in your organization!
- Japanese landing page contains all of our training localized for Japan!
When this is happening
Planned refresh window: between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM PST today. We expect roughly ~1 hour of downtime during the update.
If you’re already in the middle of a course when the refresh runs, you will still be able to continue and complete it — your progress is preserved.
Important notes
- Course and Learning Path URLs: These have not changed.
- Other page URLs: Some older pages were unpublished and may return 404s. If you maintain personal email templates, onboarding docs, or help center links that point to GSU, now’s a good time to validate those links after the refresh goes live.
- If you hit a 404 or missing resource: Try searching from the new GSU homepage first — content may have moved or been consolidated. If you still can’t find it, flag it with the team below.
