- Wed. Feb. 22nd 8am - 5pm CT + Happy Hour
- Thurs. Feb. 23rd 8am - 12pm CT
Rules Engine Unleashed: Rules Engine is the control room for business automation in Gainsight. It’s time to take your Rules to the next level by learning how to:
- Group related rules that can be chained together to execute one after another with a shared schedule (ie. Rules Chains) to manage the renewal process.
- Configure Real-Time Rules to update Health Scores in … real time!
- Practice using pivots to help identify customer sponsors and set a Scorecard health measure.
- Leverage the Rules Analyzer to identify inefficiencies and optimize your rules by consolidating, merging, and reducing actions.
Reports and Dashboards: The Next Step: You already know the basics of building reports and adding them to dashboards. Here, we’ll explore some of the more versatile functionality and learn how to:
- Use formula fields to calculate deltas and concatenate data to present it in a more consumable way for end users.
- Roll out Self Service Analytics to your CSM team, to enable them to build reports without admin intervention, leveraging Gainsight best practices.
- Build real-life use cases for more complex reports, and look at examples of role-specific Dashboards that can help increase end user efficiency and productivity.
Harness the Power of Adoption Explorer: Adoption Explorer is a powerful tool that helps surface more meaningful insights from usage data. It enables you to give end users more visibility into how customers are interacting with your product(s) and features. In this hands-on session, we will:
- Deconstruct AE configuration to understand how it relates to other Gainsight features.
- Create an AE project sourcing usage data from a csv file in S3.
- Leverage the power of “Instance” level tracking to understand your usage at a more granular level.
- Create usage data reports and dashboards quickly and easily to empower your teams to make more informed decisions.
Leveraging APIs to Increase Efficiency: Are you curious about using APIs in your Gainsight environment? In this practical, hands-on session you’ll develop skills that enable you to save time and learn how to:
- Call and write data to different objects for various purposes.
- Update CTAs, query high and low-volume objects, update and insert new company records, and more!
- Gain greater access and flexibility to manage data between Gainsight and your other customer data systems using APIs.
- Speak knowledgeably and work closely with your developers to utilize APIs to extract and update data.
Data Prep Deep Dive: Ready to dive deeper into your data preparation? In this course, you’ll learn how to:
- Configure transforms and pivots using Data Designer
- Explore use cases for more complex data manipulation, to further your understanding of building out more robust datasets.
- Practice consolidating and restructuring fields directly in Gainsight, as well as convert field data types from strings.
Transition to the New and Improved C360 Layouts: The October 2022 release introduced a beautiful new UX for the C360/R360. In this hands-on collaborative workshop, you’ll leave with a new and improved C360 layout that makes it easier for end users to navigate and consume customer information. Learn how to:
- Incorporate new out of the box widgets, such as the Customer Journey visualization, and new pre-built sections.
- Group reports built on different objects under the same section, and further group them within a container.
- Organize and logically group subsets of Attribute data and display full reports in the Summary section.
