Pulse+ training and certification program sunset in 2027

Hi everyone!

After careful consideration, we’ve decided to retire the Pulse+ platform in August 2027. Existing subscribers still have access to the content for the full length of your current subscription. And, Pulse+ certificates themselves do not expire.

After a thorough review, we made the decision to focus our education resources and investment on helping customers get more out of Gainsight, by building learning experiences directly tied to how Gainsight products can help your team do their jobs better. Gainsight University is the center of that effort, and it's free for all customers.

If you’re a team manager with Pulse+ Dashboard access, you still have access to monitor your team’s progress through the end of your team’s subscription. You can also export reports at any time before your subscription expiration.

At this time, we are no longer selling new licenses or offering Pulse+ renewals.
