For those joining us at Pulse Europe this week, here’s some important information to have at your fingertips:
Check-in Process
We created a unique QR code which can be found in the Pulse Europe app for you to expedite your registration check-in process. Simply have this QR code available on your smartphone (or printed out) ready to scan at registration check-in.
Cloak Room
A Cloak Room will be available at Passenger Terminal.
Getting to Pulse Europe
The Venue: Pulse Europe 2023 is taking place at Passenger Terminal Amsterdam, Piet Heinkade 27, 1019 BR Amsterdam. For more details about directions, check out their website here.
Mobile App
Our mobile app is live and ready for download. It is available on iOS and Android. Search for 'Pulse presented by Gainsight' in the app store for your device. If you didn’t receive an email with your login credentials, please contact pulseeurope@gainsight.com.

To view the full agenda, please visit the website here. This year we are introducing session registration. You must register in advance to secure a seat, ensuring you won't miss out on the sessions that matter most to you. Here’s how to build your agenda:
- Log in to the app and click on the "Agenda" tab.
- Click the "All Sessions" tab at the top
- Click the blue plus sign (visible on sessions with spots available) to add a session to your agenda. Sessions with checkmarks are already included on your agenda.
- To remove a session, simply click on the checkmark.
- Note: You can only sign up for one session during a given time slot.

Updating your Registration: Need to make a change to your registration details? Please email us at pulseeurope@gainsight.com. Before printing your badge, please ensure your registration details are accurate including company name and title as this will be printed on your badge.
- Access Information: Pulse Europe Passes provide access to the Keynotes, Breakout Sessions, Expo Hall and the official Pulse Europe Party.
- Meals: Continental breakfast, lunch and light snacks are included with all Pulse Europe Conference Passes.
- Dress Code: There is no specific dress code for Pulse Europe, however, business casual is generally appropriate.
