Who Should Attend?

This hands-on workshop is intended for Gainsight Admins that have launched Gainsight CS and have hands-on experience administering Gainsight CS for at least 6 months.

Agenda Highlights

Here are some key sessions you can look forward to:

9:15 - 10:45 am Explore Dynamic Programs and Elevate Your Journey Orchestrator Skills (90 mins)

Through discussion and scenario based group exercises, we’ll highlight some of the exciting new features and functions of Dynamic Programs. We’ll focus on the updated Evaluation element and conditions, action outcomes, and more; culminating in hands-on problem solving using the new Digital Journey to build workflows based on real-world criteria. We’ll configure use cases such as announcing a new feature and gathering feedback, as well as contacting customers based on usage to encourage adoption or expansion.

11:00 - 12:30 pm Leverage Rules to Transform Data into Valuable Insights (90 mins)

Take a deeper look into utilizing Transforms and Pivots while preparing your data. Through instructor led discussion and exercises we will explore use cases for more complex data manipulation, to further your understanding of building out more robust datasets and using them to gain deeper insights.

1:30 - 2:30 pm The Art of Data Preparation: Hands-On with Peer Groups (60 mins)

Work with your peers to tackle data challenges. This interactive workshop offers a practical approach to mastering data preparation with Gainsight’s Rules Engine. Engage directly with real-world scenarios, applying transforms and pivots to see their impact on data insights, consolidating and restructuring fields directly in Gainsight, as well as converting field data types from strings.

2:45 - 4:15 pm Harnessing Gainsight’s Newest AI Capabilities (90 mins)

Explore new and updated AI-powered Gainsight features. At the end of the session, you will know how to leverage AI to help improve efficiency with Email Template writing, craft more predictive Scorecards using the Scorecard Optimizer, and many other powerful enhancements! Get ready to showcase exciting new tools to your team and leadership such as Takeaways, Cheat Sheet, and Meeting Assist!

4:15 - 5:00 pm Admin Idea Exchange (45 mins.)

Bring Your Own Problem! We’ll organize into small groups based on experience and interests to share and discuss current business challenges. Everyone will have the opportunity to present their problem, discuss with the group, and share ideas and options with peers, so you can head back to work and tackle your issue with new creative solutions!
