I am trying to create an email template that I can send to myself and other admins in the company to give me a quick rundown of all CTA's that were created today. I am having difficulty structuring the power list so that Gainsight can find myself, has anybody tried doing something like this?

Would it be easier to create a dashboard with a report on these CTA's and fire that off via email? I attached an article that should walk you through that process.

I tried doing that but the emailed reports are more like images and it was tough to see what the data points were. after digging into the copilot templates I was able to get our information into a powerlist by creating a contact for each one of my reps in one of our dummy accounts but when scheduling the message I with reports I was forced to filter by customer or account and that would prevent me from sending via copilot.
