We had a few people unsubscribe to a recent email. That's fine, but I recognized one of the companies and realized they were an inactive customer. I'd unsubscribe as well!
We'll go back and double check our powerlists to make sure we filter for active customers only, but I think that should be a default filter that I need to disable, rather than one that the team needs to remember and explicitly remember.

Thats a great suggestion.
Jeff, great suggestion! Generally we want to add 'filter templates'. Could be default enablement option like you suggested or could be a drop down selection which autofills specific columns to filter by.
There are situations where setting the right default is key to driving fundamental change in behavior. This is a situation where the cost of error far outstrips any benefit in flexibility!
