We'd had much better engagement from in-app messages (via intercom) than emails, but without any integration (or native in-app features) cannot trigger in-app messages, or feed the engagement with these messages back into Gainsight to inform health, or trigger CTAs/content. This leaves a blind spot & missed opportunity, so In-app messages, either natively or via an integration would be incredibly valuable

Adam, agree on the value of what you are suggested. Building it natively is on our roadmap but no immediate plans. I am going to look into feasibility of some integration options to Gainsight Survey.
Excellent. Thanks Gaurav
We use Intercom for our customer marketing team and often collaborate with our greater marketing team who exclusively uses Marketo. It seems one bigger change from Intercom is their in-app capabilities compared to co-pilot, and in having a diverse communication channel for customers, we would also love to see in-app. Is there any update on the roadmap for that? Thanks!
Agreed - inapp integration would be helpful. We use intercom and are experimenting with it.
Chad, do you also use co-pilot too? I find the difference between the two potentially hard to answer (to anyone I ask I get somewhat vague answers). Just curious how you guys leverage both...thanks!
I spoke to a company yesterday who wants to use Gainsight to trigger in app messaging via Intercom. Has anyone tried using Rules Engine to "load to SFDC" and then trigger Intercom from Salesforce based on that data? Welcome input from Gainsight product team on whether this is feasible. Thanks!
I would really like to hear if the Product Team has any input to Elaine's question regarding Intercom.
