In the COPILOT FAQS & TROUBLESHOOTING document, it states:





"Integration with Eloqua is on our long term roadmap."





Is there any ballpark idea of when and what the scope of such an integration will entail?
Hi Jeff.  We have had good luck with using Salesforce as an intermediary with Rules Engine reading and writing data to SF to coordinate with Eloqua.  As a result, a formal integration (which is a big project) has remained pretty low on the priority list.  Can you share the use case you have in mind so we can reflect on how we might be able to help?
Hey Karl - I may need to ask Lauren (our Sr. EMM) to comment in more detail, but I believe one of the key items would be around surfacing emails that are triggered from Eloqua to CS360 for CSM visibility as well as the ability to pull segmentation from SFDC/GS and leverage in Eloqua.  Lauren can probably elaborate further.





[edit] I also think there is interest in surfacing the Gainsight-triggered emails so that Eloqua reporting capabilitiies can be leveraged.
