When I enhance the product I want to be able to email my users to let them know the great news! How can I do this?

Hi Canio,
The way we do this at Gainsight is that we add all of our employees in SFDC as contacts under the Account object Gainsight. This way we can fully leverage all the strengths of the Powerlist filters for scenarios like the one you described above.

Ok, great. So what criteria do I set to only target my internal GS Licenses Users? Is there a way to determine who my licensed users are? I don't want to send emails out to people that aren't my users.
Canio, there's a bit more information on the internal email strategy in this article, although I don't think it speaks to how to identify your licensed users.

Canio, in the next couple of months we will providing an explicit 'user strategy' to complement 'contact strategy' for copilot. Should make this experience more streamlined. Till then, as Dan mentioned, you can add as contact under your own account and mark them as licensed users
I'm also working with other Gainsight customers who are using "Gainsight Data Management/MDA" (https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Data_Management_and_Integrations/Managing_Data_I...) to solve this problem. They are basically loading the Gainsight users to the MDA and creating the PowerList off of the MDA object to email their internal team. I'm sure this is not the best long term strategy but could be another short term option.
This sounds great and I'm glad to hear it. In the meantime I guess I'll create a "work-around"
This is a great idea. Thank you
Ok, So I took Elaine's advice. I was able to have our Salesforce Admin create a list of our gainsight licensed users and added an Account_ID column with our company's SF Account ID. Next I loaded that into the MDA as a CSV. I then mapped the Account_ID field to Account::Account_ID. I went to Cockpit and created a power list. Thanks everyone for your help!
FYI, Canio, this has now launched! https://community.gainsight.com/gainsight/topics/what-are-the-use-cases-for-the-different-recipient-...
