I need to send a survey to a very specific subset of customers based off either account ID or contact ID.  I can't replicate this list in a powerlist, so I uploaded a CSV to the survey itself.

The problem I am now running into is it appears that I can only send the survey using a Salesforce email template.  I want to maintain the same look and feel of Co-Pilot emails.

Has any one else run into this and found a solution?
Hi Scott, I've had a similar issue and I've created a checkbox field on the contacts tab, and checked it for all the people that should receive the email.

My email gets sent every month, and I've also built a report for the CSM so she can see who's on the list, and if she should add or remove people by ticking the field for each contact page.
Scott,

We are looking into functionality improvements around the possibility of uploading a .csv in as a powerlist, but I am not sure of the ETA on that functionality. Roughly how many people are we talking here that you want to send this to?

Thanks,

Steve
Cristina,

That's a great idea, thanks!  Unfortunately this was an ad hoc request and I don't have time to build the field before it needs to go out.  The check box field would solve this moving forward, but I would prefer to not have to data load that box every time I send something out.

Steve,

My current cohort is only ~180 contacts but as we continue to expand on our usage of Gainsight surveys I would anticipate this getting as high as 1,000.
This is part of our roadmap, will keep you posted on the ETA.
Thanks Sundar!
The way this is being built out is going to demand you have the contact in SFDC as of now. Hope the email ID's in the CSV maps to a SFDC contact. This can be expected as part of November release.
Hi Scott, Sorry for the delay response, and this issue is in open since long time.

This can be achieved from Journey Orchestrator > Power List . Please refer this article

Thanks for posting.
