Is it possible to tokenize a field in my email template to pull the value from the uploaded CSV in my power list? It is a field that is not in salesforce but I would like to insert that value from the uploaded CSV into my email to make it more personalized. Is this possible or can I only use tokenized fields from sfdc?
Hi Ky,

The CSV is only used for linking contacts from sfdc so the power list really only looks at the header that you select as your identifier and cannot pull any other fields from the CSV to use as tokens.

When using a CSV upload you can only pull tokens from the contact record, account or customer info.

I will change this post to an idea as it is a enhancement request.
This would be very valuable.

In some cases, automation logic may not work, for example, we identify data issues that can't be easily filtered out so uploading a CSV is the fallback.

Currently, uploading the CSV means that we can't use all our tokens so we have to rebuild the whole outreach.

For putting together a quick one-time campaign, a CSV is ideal. No need to tag anything/add any new logic.
