Customer has users that aren't full SFDC users, but would like to be able to add them to a meeting. Do we have any plans in the future for this functionality to be rolled out to non-std users?

Also, customer would like the ability to be able to add (even if just text) a non SFDC user into these activities. I don't think this is currently possible either.

Even if they have only Chatter licenses (external/free)? I believe we have the same restriction in Cockpit, too.

For adding non-Salesforce Users as text, this can be done within the note or via a custom field added to the layout. Are you thinking names or email addresses?

Manu, The customer has actually has a field on the R360 field for Customer Solution Architect. This field is a lookup field (user). Would they be able to add this field because she can add this user to that field already?

Currently we don't have support for custom lookup fields in activity but you can use custom text field as mentioned by Manu.
