We have a lot of email interactions that are inherently 'calls to actions' and that we would want to capture as a CTA in Gainsight. Or perhaps, the email relates to a task of a CTA (a follow-up, etc.). Our CSM team is still very much living in their email and not in their cockpit. We don't have the time to take the administrative step to 'document' the CTA for whatever the email exchange was about. It would be helpful if we could 'drag/drop' the email from outlook into the chatter feed or CTA. Or, it would be nice to even create a CTA directly from the email, keeping the thread and documentation intact. How are others handling the battle between Cockpit activity and organic customer activity that comes through via email?

I don't have a solution, but am getting the same question from our AMs as the ramp up on Gainsight.
Thanks for your comments, Daria. We, in the product team, are discussing providing an easy mechanism to log email and other activities in Gainsight (with or without a CTA).

This has come up with our team quite a bit as well. Would be great if similar to Saleforce there was an email that you could copy or send to that would include an email in GS on the C360 page.
