On the Customers tab, the Comments section is displayed which gets populated through the Comments section on the C360 page. I was thinking the CSMs could benefit from having the sync the other way around i.e. make the Comments section editable on the Customers tab and have it mapped back to the respective C360. If this is possible, a CSM would be able to see all their accounts in one place along with any major updates in the Comments section

Just like adding a new customer https://support.gainsight.com/360/User_Guides/Adding_New_Customers_to_Gainsight#Customer_Information,
editing a customer's Stage, Status and Comments fields is possible by clicking the edit icon from the Actions column. This ability to edit is available based on object (Customer Info) level permissions for profiles.

Thanks Rajdeep! My understanding was that only an Admin can do this, so this is really helpful. Can a CSM also add or delete columns in their view or that ability lies with the Admin only?
If you have access to this page "apex/Administration#Administration-UIViews"
then you can very well change the UIView or create new one for you.
However if the admin wants to have it restricted then he/she would not give you permission to view that page.
I hope that helps.
