It would be nice to have the ability to retain multiple CTAs if accounts are merged in SFDC.  Also the ability to transition CTAs from account to account would be helpful too.
What happens now Chris when the accounts are merged?  Does only one retain if they are duplicate reason, type, open?
I'm pretty sure the CTA that is tied to the removed account gets orphaned? To me, this speaks to a use case of being able to merge customers just like you can merge accounts in SFDC and then you can say roll all related data from old account into this new merged account.

Joe's understanding is correct. We do not move CTAs to the new account. This behavior needs to be changed across the product as we are not handling this use-case in most of the features.
