I have a customer that is trying to create a table with non account specific information (similar to like success plan templates) which just holds information about billable items.
Currently you have to have an account ID in order to use this in rules engine. Customer would like to see if its even possible for this type of feature.

This was my ideas. We have occasion to use the load to MDA rule for things that aren't associated with any specific account.
Per Sundar, this requirement of an Account Id will be removed with the August release. Note, that if there isn't an Account Id in the show section of the rule or on the source object, you will only have to available actions...Load to SFDC object and Load to MDA.
