User profiles can only display a standard set of fields.
One of our use cases is for our team of CSM to flag when they are Out of the Office for CTAs not to be assigned to them (for pooled assignments).
While we can add this flag in the user object, they would NOT be able to update it themselves and it would take a convoluted combination of CTAs, rules and what not to update the flag on their user profile. Not speaking about removing the flag.
Can we please introduce an option in the user profile to flag an absence, such as the following:
- Slider (boolean) to flag their absence
- Field for start date
- Field for end date
That would be hugely helpful to optimize pooled CS (as if we can’t flag absences, we can’t really optimize the assignments).
