As we introduce more teams into our Gainsight instance, we are noticing a gap in notification options. When a success plan or CTA is auto generated, it notifies the owner, but the rest of the account team is not included.
It would be great if we could build a rule that auto assigns the ‘customers I follow’ section to be based on the customers that each account team member is assigned. This functionality would provide end users the option to choose how granular they want their notifications to be without constantly having to follow/unfollow companies.
