One thing I have seen a few times is user who want to add an exclusion list after a program starts. Or, be able to modify an exclusion list after a program starts. Since the only other way to remove participants after it has started is manually knocking them off, it would be nice to see a more robust way of excluding/removing participants after a program has started.
The other threads on this I see on this mention setting up the program differently by including merges or calculated fields to exclude but often times users can't account for these when they first build the program and cloning the program and starting over is kind of a loss in my book.
This may cause some confusion when troubleshooting if an exclusion list is added or changed so I am hoping any solution would keep that in mind :)

Great idea especially for ongoing programs that start as customers are signed, however sometimes there are new customers you want to exclude from these Programs.
