Since there can be so many timeline entries on an R360, what if you could create a timeline entry with a particular subject (parent entry) and then create timeline entries under it so you could group your updates. The UI could show all single or parent timeline entries, and by clicking on a parent entry the children would be made visible. For example, you have a success plan that don't have objectives so you are tracking updates through the regular timeline. You could create a timeline entry that has the name of the success plan, then you could create all of your subsequent timeline entries for that success plan as children of the parent. Would make it easy to see all updates in one place instead of interspersed with all other timeline entries.

I'm guessing that in this use case you'd have some sort of activity that would play out over a series of updates over a few days or weeks, correct? Perhaps a Risk Escalation or some other corrective action (delayed onboarding, risky renewal, etc)?
If so, then it's probably recommended to create a CTA so you can track this and assign tasks to stakeholders (as appropriate). When you do this, the CTA has a tab for Timeline that will let users add updates that are relevant to that specific CTA (kind of the "child" concept you mentioned).

Want to make sure I understand this correctly. If you create a CTA and then add multiple timeline entries to it, the expected behavior is that if you go back to that CTA you can view all timeline activities that were added. Correct?
Is it possible to create a 'grouping' function within Timeline so that those activity logs are joined together and collapsible by CTA?
