Sometimes after you’ve uploaded a list, mapped the participant fields, saved the email settings, synced the contact list, map the tokens and filter the variants, you find a typo in a participant field.

You’d think you could simply upload a new CSV over the existing one, however you’d be mistaken. Instead, you have to delete the loaded one, reupload, and complete all steps above all over again, just to correct a single field value.

I’ve hit this too due to updated data pulls with new fields or values that need to added to JO

Plus (PLUS) you may not realize that you need to reset the filters! You will click into each filter and everything looks correct but when you click through Preview you’ll realize all participants are receiving the Default.

Luckily most of our work is done with query builder but the experience with CSV files is just painful.
