We use the rules engine to upload NPS survey responses to a custom SF object (people need to see that but don't need access to the rest of Gainsight). One of our additional questions asks about top improvement areas. It's a multi-select list. Current functionality does not allow that to update properly on additional runs. We'd like to have that be possible so data doesn't have to be downloaded and uploaded each time.

Hey Andrea,
Product team is aware of the issues with Multi-Picklist and working to fix it. This will be available in January release. That would help in sync-ing the multi-picklist to SFDC objects.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled automate tags.
What is the best way to automate tags via the rules engine? I am building a rule that looks for a selected field in SFDC and applies the tag based on that criteria. We are able to see the tag options in the Action section, but it appears that it allows you to only switch tags (e.g. IF Tag A then switch to Tag 😎 rather than apply a tag for the first time.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure these two are related...
Rules Engine overwrites the entire tag erasing the existing values and putting only the new one. This behavior will not work when you have to
- Add one more tag to the existing list of tags (if it does not exist)
- Remove one / few of the tag from the list of tags from the destination.
was this implemented? we are currently having an issue with the multi select in a NPS survey
