I am LOVING the Timeline function to create a follow-up task. It's super handy as a leader to be able to delegate tasks to users.
That said, I am almost always designating a task for the CSM. I am able to assign that specific task to them when making it. However, when I go to the CTA after logging to Timeline, I still own the CTA. Sure, the CSM owns the task, but I own the CTA.
I'd love the ability to select the CTA owner just like we do the Task owner.

Hi Ben,
Thanks for sharing this. Do you generally assign follow-up tasks to multiple users within a timeline entry (Or are they generally assigned one user)
Also, the owner of the task can close the CTA. Does that cause any issues in reporting for you?
Regards

I rarely assign follow-up tasks to multiple users. I have done it a handful, but not the norm. Usually it is a single task and it is for the CSM solely.
We track when certain categories of CTAs are closed, but not by who. I know we can, we just haven't had a use case for that depth. So no, that would not cause reporting issues for us.
