Posting on customers behalf::
On a R360 page, a customer can either click the Edit Attributes or the inline checkmark to make a change to attributes such as the CSM assignment.
If the inline edit is allowed, there should be a confirmation of some sort - SAVED, SUBMITTED, green check mark - to indicate that the request has been recorded.
