Our clients are enthusiastically popping ideas into our ideation category which is great. However, some of their pain points can be solved with a little more 1:1 training from their CSM, rather than building a new feature. I close the idea and tag the relevant CSM to take the conversation offline.
Challenge is, there is no info on who that clients CSM is, or the account they are associated with. We could solve that with a bi-directional SFDC sync that pulls CSM and account data into Insided.
Outside of this use case, you could also pre-populate client data upon Insided account creation, link out to the relevant SFDC ideation record and much much more.
