The Timeline activity post language with the new(er) feature which logs JO emails to timeline is difficult to understand, and has led to some confusion amongst our CSMs. I think it would be great if we could have Gainsight change the language to flow more smoothly, or be given the option to change it ourselves to be in line with our individual company messaging language styles.

My proposal for the Gainsight led language change would be something along the lines of:

• Change the current sentence of "x emails were triggered as part of this automated program can be viewed in this activity" to "x emails which were triggered as part of this automated program can be viewed in this activity"
  • The original sentence is incorrectly tensed and is confusing
• Change "Send Email" to "Emails Sent"
  • This avoids confusion where CSMs worry that they'll be triggering a secondary email by clicking the viewing pane

I raised a ticket with support and was advised that this is not a feature available at present. I know this seems super tiny, but it would save my team a lot of confusion, and save me a lot of time answering worried questions from CSMs.
