Hello Team,

One of the customer reported that  they are using the new feature to create opportunities in salesforce directly rather than creating leads. They are asking us that it would be great if the UI could be changed to reflect as Opportunities so that it will reduce confusion about what in the salesforce object the CSMs are creating.
 

 

After using this new Opportunities as Leads feature the main issue I am having is that I am unable to figure out how to filter the Leads/Opportunities for an account in the C360. 

Currently the system is showing all Opportunities for the entire history of an account rather than just Opportunities that have been created through Gainsight (as the widgets are telling the users in the C360) or active opportunities on an account (this would be my preference).

I would like a way to filter out particular status like Closed Won & Closed Lost or by a date field
