Upon the new “CTA Type” field, our color-coded CTAs have been removed. We believe that the color-coding is important in terms of visual appeal and helping our reps quickly identify each type of CTA for prioritizing CTAs/accounts.

Why did the color coding go away if Admins are still required to specify a color upon creation of the CTA Type? We would really like this back.
The color selected while creating a CTA type would be used in reporting. For example if you are looking at the count of CTA by type in the last 30 days in bar graph or a column graph visualization, then each bar would be color coded based on the color selected for the type.
The color used to represent CTA types was sometimes in conflict with the health of customer and hence was causing confusion in few scenarios.
We will bring in other appealing visualization to represent a CTA type without using color.

Five9 would really like to have color coding in Cockpit. Is this on the roadmap for future? If so, ETA?
