Create a configurable option within each rule to send a failure notice when there are no records processed.

For some rules, it's expected that there are scenarios where no records are processed. For other rules, if no records are processed then there is an error that needs to be investigated - most primarily syncing or leveraging data from the MDA.

A configurable option lets the user identify and get notified when there is a failure in the data integration process.
Ability to select to receive notification on 0 Pass: 0 Fail would increase my confidence in the system. Instead, I log in every morning to validate the data.
Thanks Marie / Nora. Will consider this in the roadmap
I agree.  This way I would know if something is wrong with our data.  A failed rule is not the only time something is off.  Getting zero pass could signal something bigger.
Hi Sundar.  Any update on this?  It would be very helpful.  We have so many rules running every few minutes that it is a tedious task to log in each day and check each rule for zero results.  I do appreciate getting an email when the rules fails, but it is more often that the rule was a success with zero results.
I want to bump this back up. I ran into this today. We had a rule that in our eyes has been failing since December. However, due to the fact that 0 Pass and 0 Fail, Gainsight never threw an error for us to look into it.
Gainsight Product and beyond... Is there a creative way to create failure

notifications for rules that run successfully but process no data?
