Currently, when using Sally intents of Attribute for or Summary for it is pulling the same Attributes or Summary sections as defined by the C360 view assigned to the account.



In order to display or change the data available, we would need to modify the Attributes and Summary sections from Administration. However, if we are using different views based on Account Criteria (e.g. Tech touch may have different Summary/Attributes than an Entreprise account), we have to modify each view in order for Sally to return similar values across all accounts.



I propose that there is a Summary and Attribute setup that can be defined just for Sally intents. This way we can have Sally return just the data fields that would be of interest to Sally users without modifying the C360 views that impact CSM workflows.
