I recently had a request to use Gainsight's Tagging feature at the relationship level.
As a part of this it would also be great to see easier GS admin control over tags, and more mass edit functionality when adding/removing tags.

Looking to the community to get more feedback on this idea!

I have the same need.  We need tags unique to each relationship plus the ability to mass edit.  For example, we could target a group of customers for upsell in Q1 and tag them "Q1 upsell target".  Once Q1 is over, we would want to mass edit to remove.
+1 to this idea. I would love the ability to assign a tag via the rules engine. This would help for my CSMs that have a large customer base and the CTAs would overwhelm them. I would also love the ability to remove a tag via the rules engine or mass edit. And, these tags need to be at the Relationship level to provide appropriate reporting and use of the same tag for different Relationship types.
Is there any update on this feature?  It is becoming very vital that we are able to segment our large customer base with tags.  Thank you! 
+1 to tagging relationship. Our CSMs don't work with accounts at all and the need for tagging sub accounts is absolutely vital for us to mark customers according to their use cases. 
1+.  Our customers own several of our offerings.   Being able to tag at the relationship level would allow us to target and track sales plays.
Would love to hear if there is an update to this. We really need this for ad hoc leadership meetings and to track differeint projects, issues, and initiatives. Thanks!
