With the new survey theme options for surveys, I see we have more options than we used to, which is great, but it appears that there is not an option to set the standard/default theme settings that get applied to new surveys. This means that for each new survey, the theme must be manually updated.

To reach this conslusion, I checked Catch-up on Surveys Enhancements, Survey 2.0 Properties, and asked our CSM when I could not find an option to do so.

As we generally want our surveys to share a consistant format, it would be wonderful if we could modify the default theme that gets applied to new surveys. This way we would have less settings to update for each new survey, to align to our style preferences.

Currently we can't directly reuse the theme. For now you can clone a survey to get the custom branding of an existing survey and then you can delete/change the other information. The feature to reuse the theme is in our short term roadmap and would be available with upcoming releases. I'll keep you posted the exact timing.

Hello Everyone!

Happy to announce that your request has been considered and included as part of v6.8 release(Nov). Admins can now import the theme of an existing survey, and use it in a new survey.

You can find the relevant information in our v6.8 Release Notes.

This feature is implemented in both SFDC & NXT versions.
