We've more or less stopped using the "old" Outreaches at all, and are mostly just using the new Programs (Advanced Outreaches) within Journey Orchestrator.  However, every time I load that tab, the old Outreaches is the default view.  Does Gainsight have a plan to default the page to the "new" outreaches?  Or is there a way I can adjust that default myself?

Thanks for sharing this. We will add this to the roadmap and change the default setting to programs once we have the majority of our customers use programs instead of outreaches.

What's the timeline for a 'majority' of the customers to be using programs instead of outreaches and what determines that when some customers will probably continue using both?



We have never used outreaches and only use programs so it would really improve the navigation if Journey Orchestrator didn't drop to Outreaches at each launch.
