Posting on behalf of a customer,  They do not want the email notification if rule gets failed because of duplicate records. but they want to receive the email notification if rule gets failed with any other reasons.

Is it possible to accomodate this request.

I have noticed that when one of our syncs runs (Company Person Sync_Salesforce ), we are now seeing Duplicate Failure as a reason.

While this does help us to identify duplicates within the system, some of these may be valid. For example, if they are a third-party IT company (IT@somecompany.com).

Is there a way to stop these being registered as duplicate records within Gainsight so they don't register as failures?
