When creating sharing groups, we would like substantially more options in the filter section.
Use case:
We have a custom field for Director, which associates an individual CSM with a director (manager’s manager). These teams have different needs and require different dashboards, as their business methods differ.
Due to the limitations of creating share groups, the only option we have to capture this data is to manually create the share groups. This is not a sustainable practice for us, so they only solution is to allow everyone to see everything, which crowds the CSMs dashboard views.
