Hey! The Outlook integration is fantastic, however when forwarding emails to Gainsight, the new Timeline activity shows the date was received in Timeline, instead of the date the email itself was received. This would be a big win as emails would map consistently between Outlook and Gainsight, which will help the search functionality.

Second, as email chains get longer, is it possible to simply truncate emails over 32,000 characters, rather than not accept them at all?
