When a Connector job fails, the Comments column in the Activities section of Connectors isn’t shown in the email notification that is sent.
This makes it difficult to identify the cause of a failure and requires us to open a support ticket which is often a waste of time for us and your colleagues in support.
It’s simple for us to check the Comments field when it was a recent failure, but when the job fails overnight, we don’t have access to this information in Gainsight.
Please add this information to failure notification emails.

I appreciate that the example comment in this case still isn’t particularly useful, but other times it is and provides more context to the failure than no information at all.
