When a Connector job fails, the Comments column in the Activities section of Connectors isn’t shown in the email notification that is sent.

This makes it difficult to identify the cause of a failure and requires us to open a support ticket which is often a waste of time for us and your colleagues in support.

It’s simple for us to check the Comments field when it was a recent failure, but when the job fails overnight, we don’t have access to this information in Gainsight.

Please add this information to failure notification emails.

I appreciate that the example comment in this case still isn’t particularly useful, but other times it is and provides more context to the failure than no information at all.

Hello @jparker , we have release execution logs in connectors with which you can now see details steps in job execution which indeed helps to understand more failures scenarios.
Also, we will be enhancing Execution logs and Job execution notification in future for better troubleshooting.
