Hi Team,
In Activity we have we have only one look up field that we used for CSM look up, but our customers needs Internal Contact as look up field. I do not see any other look up fields, Any idea how can we achieve this requirement?
Use case: Customer want it to be look up field so that they no need to type manually and make mistakes. The one look up field we used for CSM look up.
