Hi Team,



In Activity we have we have only one look up field that we used for CSM look up, but our customers needs Internal Contact as look up field. I do not see any other look up fields, Any idea how can we achieve this requirement?



Use case: Customer want it to be look up field so that they no need to type manually and make mistakes. The one look up field we used for CSM look up.

Our CSMs need multiple look up fields but we cannot acheive at this time. Can you please prioritize this enhancement.



Hi @spadamatinti - can you share a bit more detail on what kind of lookup you are looking for when you say "multiple look up fields"?



Hi @dan_ahrens, I'll let @spadamatinti answer, but in short - I believe that their Biz team would need Internal Contact as a lookup field, in addition.



I might not be following exactly, but the way that attendee lookups function is as follows:



Internal attendee - searches pull from GSUser object



External attendee - searches pull from SFDC contact object



Are you looking for something beyond that?
