Is it possible to autopopulate the Notes section for Timeline activity?

So that end users dont have to type in or copy/paste the same information again.

 

And in the similar way, if it's possible to auto-populate the Subject section of the Timeline activity.

Can you please share more details about your use-case? Do you want to auto-populate activities from any external source?

Hi @nitisha_rathi , yes, adding a template for the notes section.

For example, currently our users are adding Timeline activities either by typing in the notes (copying/pasting the template )

or using BCC to timeline feature.

Hi @sai_ram and @nitisha_rathi: Yes that's true, customized pre-defined templates help in taking down the meeting notes during customer calls. And having customized templates will help us define our own workflows

@sainyam_sandhu Makes sense. Templates for activity type are on our short term roadmap. We will get to them in the next quarter tentatively.
