Just to confirm that it hasn't slipped off the radar, I raised an issue around custom labels incorrectly showing other similar fields in the UI. I can't recall if this was said to be a bug or working as expected.



In implementation we run into a lot of issues where we change, for example, the customer info Users field to say something else, like "Active Licenses".



Then when you go to look in rules, 360, or reports, it overwrites any other field with "users" in it as "active licenses" too. So, if I were to create a different customer info field called Active Users, it would end up saying "Active Active Licenses". From an end user perspective, this is not ideal. 
Hey Joe, it seems based on your comment that this issue may already been triaged by support / engineering. (based on 'I can't recall if this was said to be a bug or working as expected.'). Do you know if there is a support ticket or JIRA open, or whether anyone has looked into the issue. 



Reassigning to Ashok, since he might have a better idea. 
Gaurav, this was actually an issue that I hit in the first half of this year, and thought that when I filed a support ticket, I was told that it was how the functionality should've worked.  I've also heard it is supposed to be fixed in an upcoming release by the services team. I suppose I posted more to get confirmation and visibility if it fell off the radar.
