Users of our product have very specific and technical questions as they use our product (“What’s a way of programmatically detecting changes in metadata fields, metadata types, and controlled vocabulary lists?”) We have a vast support library, but getting the customer to the right info is challenging. 

KC Bot has documentation integrations; however, we’re finding users still have to do a lot of searching to get to the right info. A better experience would be a generative AI bot (built into the KC bot) trained on our documentation. The idea: The user could write a question. The KC bot would respond instantly with accurate information. The user could respond and say “What if I want to do ...” or “Can you say that more simply?” and the KC bot would adapt and shift the response.
