Right now, scheduling a program is not very clear within the product. Once you publish a program, it runs once. The Admin then has to go back to the participants box, click on the participant sources box, and then edit the schedule to make sure it runs on the desired cadence.

Seems like we could make scheduling programs a whole lot clearer - perhaps a pop-up box when the publish button is first pushed?

You can set the Schedule (for syncing new participants) before Publishing.

Yes, that's a great point. Still would like to see the interface be a little clearer.

I think it would be handy to move Schedule to Participant Sources (perhaps a Schedule button right next to the name of the source), rather than have it within the Participant Source since that is 4 clicks in from editing the Program and not in an obvious location.

Thanks for pointing this out Spencer. I agree - it would be better to have the interface for scheduling/publishing all in one spot.

I'd also like to see the selected schedule on the JO home screen list of programs. As the original poster mentioned, to simply see this, you have to edit the program > edit source > view schedule

I am trying to schedule an internal email by account to CSMs to run every Monday. The team has asked for a few reports to send on a weekly basis by account based on a field they select on the C360. We had this implemented in our legacy platform, but am having a hard time reimplementing the cadence in NXT.

The scheduler limits that an email, rather than the unique criteria, can reenter every certain days. This eliminates the ability to send one person multiple emails on the per run. So I have to manually send this program every week in order to get the email to send weekly.

It would be better to have the scheduler at the beginning not limit on unique email, but unique criteria selected to be a participant.
