Naming Reports

With the ability to email dashboards now, it would be great to be able to name the components of the dashboards something different than the report name.  So, I have a naming convention for the reports that lets me know which report goes with which team and dashboard.  That doesn't necessarily mean anything to anyone other than me, so it would be great to be able to give the report a name in Reports 2.0, and then, edit that name in the dashboard so that when it gets sent, the slides make sense to the person receiving.

      Agreed with this.  often I create different reports for different managers and want them to see all the same name but then I name it differently so I can keep it straight in my report list.

      No, not really.  It would help, but I don't think it would solve the problem fully.

      Got it! So ability to specify a different name to a report in a dashboard will solve your use case, right? And the name that you specify in the dashboard should be limited only to the dashboard right?

      I like this suggestion! We're using Dashboards more and more... And the naming convention for the Ops team doesn't always match up with what makes sense for the users that digest the dashboards and reports
